Simple individual Wills starting from $799 + HST.
The final fee depends on the circumstances and legal work required. Different pricing may apply to couples, multiple Wills, Powers of Attorney, trusts, business or corporate interests, blended families, foreign assets, tax-planning considerations, complex distributions or other circumstances requiring additional planning or drafting.

Ongoing maintenance of your PenWise-prepared Will. Members may request an eligible Will revision up to once per month and receive one annual Will review initiated by PenWise.
EstateCare
$49.99/month + HST
Ongoing maintenance of your PenWise-prepared Will and covered Powers of Attorney, with eligible revisions under the plan and one annual estate-planning review initiated by PenWise.
Membership is optional and subject to eligibility, scope limitations and exclusions. Substantial changes, trusts, corporate or business planning, tax planning, foreign assets, capacity concerns, disputes or other complex matters may require a separate retainer and additional fees. Clients remain responsible for telling PenWise Law about changes in their circumstances and instructions.
